Proper aftercare is essential to keeping your lashes and brows looking their best. Please follow the guidance below to maintain results, prevent irritation, and extend the life of your treatments.
Lash Extension Aftercare
First 24 Hours
To ensure the adhesive fully cures, avoid the following during the first day:
Getting your lashes wet (including showers, swimming, steam rooms, and saunas)
Heavy exercise or any activity that causes sweating
Touching, rubbing, or brushing your lashes
Daily Care
Keep your lashes clean and maintained by following these steps:
Cleanse your lashes daily using a lash-safe cleanser to remove oils, makeup, and debris
Gently brush your lashes each morning and after cleansing using a clean spoolie
Avoid oil-based products or creams around the eye area — these can weaken the adhesive
What to Avoid
To protect both your extensions and natural lashes:
Avoid mascara, eyelash curlers, and strip lashes
Do not pull, pick, or twist the extensions
Try not to sleep face-down to prevent twisting and premature shedding
Infill Appointments
Book infills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness and shape
If you have lost too many extensions, a full set may be required
Brow Wax & Tint Aftercare
First 24 Hours
The brow area can be sensitive after waxing and tinting. For the best results:

Avoid touching or rubbing the treated area

Keep the brows clean and dry

Do not apply makeup, self-tan, or any products around the brows

Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot showers, and sunbeds

Stay away from direct sunlight and excessive sweating
Ongoing Care
To keep your brows looking defined and healthy:

Use a gentle, oil-free cleanser around the brow area

Avoid exfoliating or using retinol/acid-based products for at least 3 days

Apply a small amount of brow conditioner or nourishing oil if recommended

Maintain your shape and colour with appointments every 4–6 weeks
